Primary Healthcare Derby Ltd is a company formed to aid city-wide projects and the collaborative delivery of better healthcare to patients across two Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in Derby City.
The company was formed in 2021 and has a proven track record in delivering both ongoing programmes and pilot or project work including:
